Program Terms And Conditions

The materials and concepts of The Huge Mastermind (the
“Program”) are designed to help you (the “Participant”) achieve extraordinary
goals and business success. In order to assist us in maintaining the unique
value you will experience as a participant in the Program, you acknowledge that
you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms And Conditions
(“Terms”).

Conditions Of Your Application

Your Investment Fee (“Fee”) permits you to access the
Program and its content. The Program is intended solely for your own personal,
professional, educational, and non-commercial use. Depending on the specific
type or level of the Program in which you enroll, your Investment Fee may
include workshop sessions, Bootcamp sessions, and additional resources and support.
Fees paid are non-refundable. By signing up for or subscribing to any of the
The Huge Convention Services, or filling out any Huge Convention download
forms, you are providing your express consent to be contacted by us via
commercial electronic messages, mail, text, SMS, MMS, telephone or otherwise,
to notify you about new products, services, and features offered by The Huge
Convention. You may withdraw your consent at any time.

Intellectual Property

You acknowledge and agree that the Program includes content
protected by copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, and/or other
intellectual property and proprietary rights and laws. No right, title, or
interest in any intellectual property or other proprietary right shall be
transferred to you by your participation. Any reproduction, presentation,
distribution, transmission, or commercial use of the online tools, worksheets,
materials, and all other trademarks, copyrights, and other intellectual
property owned by Huge Booyah LLC (“The Huge Convention”) in any media, now
known or hereafter developed or invented, is prohibited without the express
written permission of The Huge Convention. You agree not to record, upload,
teach, coach, share, or otherwise distribute the Program or any of its
materials, in whole or in part.

Confidentiality

You agree to keep confidential any materials relating to or
that may be shared or accessed during the Program. You agree not to release
such information or materials during or after the completion of the Program
without the prior written approval of the relevant owner and The Huge
Convention. Any information and/or materials you may disclose to the
participants and The Huge Convention during the Program will be considered as
being released with your consent. The Huge Convention will not be held liable
for the actions of any third parties. Any workbooks, viewing materials,
documents, videos, tutorials or links, etc. that may be supplied or information
that may be shared will be for the educational and informational purposes of the
Participant only in relation to the Program. Recording or duplication of the
Program, whether in whole or in part, is not permitted. 

Some Additional Rights Reserved By The Huge Convention

The Huge Convention has the right to reschedule workshops,
change the venue, and add or remove the content of its digital resource library
at its sole discretion. The Huge Convention reserves the right to decline or
terminate your participation in the Program for any reason at any time,
including, for example, for failing to comply with these Terms And Conditions.
The Huge Convention cannot be held liable for any loss, direct or indirect,
stemming from your participation in or utilization of the Program and its
materials. You hereby authorize The Huge Convention to charge your credit card
for the Program and Services, both in advance and on a periodic, renewal basis
if applicable and in accordance with any terms of your Application. 

Responsibility For Your Decisions And Conduct 

The Program is not a substitute for the advice of any of
your personal or professional advisors; therefore, you agree that all of your
decisions and actions, and their consequences, are entirely your own
responsibility. 

Release Of Liability 

You release The Huge Convention and its officers, directors,
owners, and employees from any and all liability arising from or connected to
the Program. 

Assumption of Risk And Waiver Of Liability 

You understand and agree that you are not relying on The
Huge Convention to have arranged for, or carry, any insurance of any kind for
your benefit relative to your  participation in the Program or any
workshops you may attend and that you are solely responsible for obtaining any
mandatory or desired life, travel, accident, property, or other insurance
related to my participation or attendance.

Privacy Policy: Protecting Your Personal Information

This Privacy Notice summarizes some of the ways in which The
Huge Convention collects, uses, protects, and discloses information about you.
By providing Personal Information to The Huge Convention, you consent to The
Huge Convention using the information for the purposes operating the Program,
communicating with you, collaborating with our affiliates, for marketing
purposes and other uses in furtherance of the effort to grow and operate the
Program and The Huge Convention. The Huge Convention may allow authorized
third-party service providers access to Personal Information to perform
services on its behalf. The Huge Convention will use commercially reasonable
efforts to protect your personal information against loss and unauthorized use.
If any part of these Terms is declared invalid or unenforceable by a court of
competent jurisdiction, the balance of these Terms shall remain valid.
